Disclaimer, this isn't an astrology post. And a few readers may find themselves mildly triggered, since I've noted that some folks in my social circles are apprehensive on AI uptake. We have yet to fully comprehend how our day-to-day lives will be revolutionized by it's usage, how the economy and job market will be impacted, etc. Also, my personal opinion: AI will never replace human thinking. It's a tool where we still need to employ and exercise our own discretion. And yes, I've tried playing around with it for Astrology, some stuff seems solid, and other stuff is just a mess. Seriously, don't do it, people. Maybe someday it will replace skilled astrologers. But that time isn't now.
And now, a public confession, I've been working with AI and training it to work with me in my day-to-day life, to help me manage my calendar and keep me accountable. I've done all kinds of stuff all the way from helping me translate Sanskrit text to English, to managing my home and family life, help me pack for my trip to India, cooking, car repairs...there's no limit to how it can help. I was even recently lost in a remote part of Odisha (India), not being able to communicate with folks around me, and used it for that, too (it was a lifesaver).
And let's face it, there are times where we can get major brain farts (pardon the crude expression) and we just don't want to think through mundane tasks. This is where I see the greatest benefit on a personal level.
While doing my annual goal planning this year, I had the inspiration:
If AI can help me with all this other stuff, can it help me create the ultimate vision board for the upcoming year?
I played around with the idea. While in India, I showed this to a few of my colleagues...I was asked to share it, since the result was a lot more amazing than I anticipated. So on this note, here's what I did. Sharing it publicly. For free. The key is now in your hands...use it.
If you're serious about making 2025 the year you finally stick to your goals, this system will help. You’ll use ChatGPT as your coach, planner, and accountability partner. This isn’t a fluffy vision board with magazine cut-outs. It’s a structured method that pushes you to think clearly, prioritize what matters, and build a roadmap you’ll actually follow.
Here’s how it works—step by step.
Also, note - I currently have a paid ChatGPT account, and I used 4o. It might work on a free account, I haven't tried it, your mileage may vary.
Step 1: Start With the Right Prompt
Begin by pasting this prompt into ChatGPT:
Prompt 1: Act as a world-class personal development and professional coach. I want you to teach me a cutting-edge methodology that will help me brainstorm my vision boarding goals for 2025. Feel free to incorporate proven strategies, including vivid visualization and principles of manifestation. Ask me as many questions as you need to about me, my life, or my personal and professional goals, so that we can refine them further and identify actionable steps to help me achieve them.
ChatGPT will ask you questions to clarify your goals across key life areas. Take your time. Be honest. Answer everything in detail.
Step 2: Build Your First Draft Goals
ChatGPT will help you create a first-pass list of goals. These are typically sorted by category:
Personal
Health and Wellness
Career and Finance
Relationships
Spirituality and Life Purpose
Lifestyle and Experiences
Keep a Word doc or Google Doc open. Paste your answers and build your draft goals there. Don’t rush.
Step 3: Refine With Deeper Prompts
Once you’ve written out your first draft, use this:
Prompt 2: Please read through what we have so far, analyze and help me by asking me pointed questions that will help develop specific goals for each of these. You can break them down by section and we can do one at a time, if it's easier for you. (Paste your first pass here).
This step is important. ChatGPT will ask sharper, more targeted questions to help you go deeper. It’s not about listing goals. It’s about being specific—why they matter, what success looks like, and what could block you.
Stay in the loop with ChatGPT until each category is clear and solid. Copy updates back into your document.
Step 4: Finalize and Organize
Now use this:
Prompt 3: Let’s create a comprehensive recap of all my goals then. This is what I have. Is there anything that should be added or amended? Can you revise all of these into a single comprehensive list, sorted by category? (Paste your goals here).
ChatGPT will clean up your list and organize it clearly. This becomes your master document.
Step 5: Visualize With Clarity
Once your goals are finalized, use this:
Prompt 4: Help me by visualizing these above goals by telling me a story of a day in my life by November–December of 2025, using these goals as a reference point. Help me to see the benefit of having accomplished each of these priorities and help me by describing the feeling of accomplishment having realized them. You pick the day.
This prompt builds a mental picture. Reread it often. Read it out loud. Picture it clearly. If you can see it, you’re more likely to stay committed to it.
Step 6: Build a Real Roadmap
Now get practical. Use this:
Prompt 5: Now, help me build a step-by-step roadmap on how I can achieve these tasks so I don’t lose myself in the busy-ness of day-to-day activities.
You’ll get a structured plan—milestones, timelines, and key actions. You’ll also see how to break larger goals into manageable chunks. Save this alongside your finalized goals.
Step 7: Stay Consistent
The final step is what most people skip—ongoing action.
Use ChatGPT regularly:
Ask it to act as your daily assistant
Ask it to generate weekly schedules
Ask it to check your progress
Use it to help you re-focus when you fall behind
You don’t need to do this alone. You now have a system that works as long as you keep showing up.

Summary
This method works because it’s systematic. You’re using AI to think better, stay accountable, and move forward. No vague quotes or mood boards. Just clear goals, structured thinking, and consistent review.
You can start today. Just copy Prompt 1 into ChatGPT and begin.
Let it ask the questions. You answer them.
That’s how you make 2025 different from every year before it.
